Noa is an interdisciplinary artist and community organizer specializing in sculpting and ceramics. Their work prioritizes play, connection, and community in spaces that often discourage collective care and interdependence. Noa’s work centers Black Trans and Queer Folk, spanning public art partnerships, community-sponsored events, and independent workshops for all creatives. Kush Baby is inspired by themes of identity, nostalgia, and ideas of utopia. Noa also spends a lot of time thinking about the pedagogy of creative teaching as well as harm reduction. Their cannabis accessory brand, Mims Ceramics, was established in Pittsburgh, PA and has now expanded to LA for more creative freedom and fulfillment.
